PAIMM Srl, as Data Controller, informs you that the processing of personal data (possibly also special categories of data described in art. 9 EU Regulation) provided by you, will be treated in a relevant and transparent way and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness and necessity according to the current provisions in force.

 

Purposes of Processing. In this regard, we would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed for institutional purposes, connected or instrumental to the activity of our Company, and therefore for the following purposes

 

carry out the hotel reception service at Hotel Baylle and subsequent operations, or one or more contractually agreed operations;

 

fulfil legal obligations of a physical, accounting and administrative nature;

 

c) to fulfil operational and management requirements internal to PAIMM Srl and inherent to the service provided;

 

and subject to the acquisition of your free, specific and distinct consent:

 

d) to provide, via e-mail (newsletter) or paper mail, information and/or evaluation questionnaires regarding the products or services supplied by PAIMM Srl, commercial, advertising and promotional initiatives reserved for the customers of  Hotel Baylle and implemented by Hotel Baylle itself or by its subsidiaries, affiliates or in any case connected companies;

 

e) to process the data of your child/children under 18 years of age over whom you exercise parental authority in order to be able to carry out the booking and registration service at the hotel.

 

Legal basis for processing. The legal basis for the processing of data is the specific contractual relationship established and the specific free and informed consent of the person concerned.

 

Place of treatment of personal data. The site lavilladelmare.com can be visited without having to provide any personal data. The personal data entrusted through the Web to PAIMM Srl are processed at its tourist complex on via Lodovico Baylle 132 in Cagliari. Personal data are handled only by technical staff specifically appointed for the purpose and, occasionally, by those responsible for any maintenance operations.

 

The personal data provided by visitors to the site who request bookings or who subscribe to the e-newsletter service in order to receive periodic previews, directly in their e-mail inboxes, of news about Hotel Baylle and its partners, information on exclusive offers and promotions, are used solely for the purpose of providing the service requested and are communicated to third parties only if authorised and necessary for this purpose.

Storage times. The Data Controller keeps and processes personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated or for the period imposed by the civil and fiscal regulations in force. The Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User or required by the purposes described in this document and in any case for no longer than ten years from the collection of the data. The User may at any time request the interruption of the Processing or the cancellation and/or limitation of the Data.

 

Types of data processed
